Rage: A Powerful Feeling

One of the strongest feelings that I have ever felt is the feeling of 'Rage'. How does it feel to have such a strong feeling inside you? It's stronger than sorrow, It can drive you up to such an extent, that a person might feel that he/she is gonna explode maybe. What if we manifest such an enormous amount of energy that gets generated at the time of anger, in the right direction. Does that make sense? Well, Personally I have faced a lot of situations in my life where I have dealt with such kind of people, which make you feel like either you are gonna cut their head off, or else it gets converted in the form of tears, astonishing right? Maybe it's not for few people, because they are already aware of their own short-tempered nature, and how it can adversely affect the people around them.
So, What's your story? Do you also feel such kind of burning anger inside you? or you are a level-headed cool kinda person. Have you ever wondered upon the fact, that we actually have a very fewer people left on earth, who never get angry, and why I am saying this, since, you all know that the earth is kind of burning inside and outside because of the tortures that we are imposing on the mother nature, so, imagine if the earth can evolve and show it's anger through natural calamities, then it's quite fair to say that humans are allowed to release their anger too because even keeping such a high amount of energy will make you toxic, it will actually harm you instead of the person with whom you are actually angry? It all makes sense, now. Doesn't it?
Now, the next question which comes up here, is how do we deal with such negative energy? It's a very strong feeling which can make you do stuff which you never meant to do, and even some people deliberately harm other people, that kind of feeds to their anger and ego. That's totally wrong,
I would like to put forward some of the ideas which might help you release this anger, Actually, if you search over the internet, you will get a lot of ideas regarding this, There's meditation, which requires a lot of concentration and quiet atmosphere, it makes you a cooler person if you are a hot-headed person, then you can just take a punching bag and you know just beat that thing, as if you are beating a person, it will surely help, it's a tried and tested trick, or else if you don't have that you can take a pillow and do the same thing, and if you like to talk and release your energy, then you can do that as well. Do what's best you, and make sure that you don't hurt the person, instead of hurting the other person, you can take it as a challenge, and you can manifest on yourself, by improving yourself up to such an extent, that the other person doesn't get a chance to raise a comment over you. How great it would be right, Be the best amongst the rest, Reach the summit within.
