Vulnerability - To be What you are.

Vulnerability means the extent to which changes can hurt or harm a person or a system. It is the susceptibility to physical or emotional injury or attack. It also means to have one's guard down, open to censure or criticism; assailable.

Part of a good life is having good relationships. We want to be around people who can make us laugh and help us through life’s inevitable hard times. Our lives are less stressful when we have people with whom we can relax and be authentic. Without genuine vulnerability, it’s impossible to build the types of relationships that can provide comfort and increase resilience. The risks of vulnerability may be high, but the rewards of positive, strong relationships are even higher.

We all are vulnerable at some point in our life. It's a natural thing to occur, we love, we care, we grow, we nurture people in our lives, but sometimes we care deeply for few people too much, it can be our friends, family members, or anyone, with whom you get overwhelmed by the emotions soo much that few things might hurt you or can bring you into a state of vulnerability. We get hurt by tiny little things, which maybe the other person in front of you is unaware.

.

We try to shield that side, showing to the world that we are as tough as the world can be, but we don't realise that we are humans, it's necessary to release those things, it's okay to be vulnerable, it's necessary to feel and that makes us more human, working and doing good in your professional life doesn't justify or ensure that you are mentally in a healthy state, so as I said before: try to connect with people, and be more humane than before.

.

Because it's not a weakness, it's a justification of the fact that you are Nothing but a homo sapien.
